  - Symptoms: Recurrent depressive episodes that occur seasonally, often in the winter months.

6. Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD):

  - Symptoms: Severe mood changes and physical symptoms that occur in the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle.

7. Treatment Approaches for Mood Disorders:

  - Medications: Antidepressants, mood stabilizers, and antipsychotics.
